What are Elementary particles
The particles of matter which has not substructure and from which other particles are made is known as elementary particles.
Elementary groups are classified into three families.
The photon family has only one member i.e., photon. It interacts only with charged particles and the interaction is electromagnetic.
The lepton family consists of particles that interact by means of weak nuclear force. They can also give gravitational and electromagnetic forces and other particles.
The hadron family contains the particles that interact by means of strong and nuclear forces. They can also give gravitational and electromagnetic interaction. At short distances nuclear forces dominate the other forces. They can also give gravitational and electromagnetic forces dominate the other forces. Most hadrons have short life.
There are two types in Hadrons.
These two types of particles have anti particles.
